Going into this book I was hoping to love it half as much as I did book one. Final Surrender 
knocked me to my knees, and stole my heart. And I’ll be damned if this one didn’t do the same. Jennifer Kacey has an amazing ability to mix emotions, humor, sadness, suspense, and a heat level that will melt your e-reader.
Natalie is a woman trying to live in the new world she has created for herself. She broke free from her old life, and has built an amazing business that helps so many women that would be lost without it. The only issue she is having is that someone had decided she needs to die, and they have come pretty darn close on more than one occasion. She now sees she needs some help keeping herself safe and alive.
Campbell is pretty much a man-whore, and damn proud of it. He doesn’t see the need to have a woman in his life beyond the occasional dates and the naked pleasures. He isn’t too happy about who his new client is, because all he and Natalie seem to do is butt heads. Although there is something about her that he really can’t ignore, but will he break his self-vow of not sleeping with a client?
There is so much that happens between these two. I don’t want to spoil even an ounce of the greatness to come your way!!! I have to say Campbell is who surprised me the most. He has a deepness that you just didn’t realize was there. But honestly I connected completely with both of these characters on different levels. I just have to say snatch this one up quickly! You will be sooooo happy you did.
